3 MONTH COORDINATION

Coordination will include the following:

-Free consultation

-Monthly meetings to go over wedding details starting

3 months out

-One site tour meeting at venue (if needed)

-Wedding specialist present at wedding rehearsal

-Wedding specialist on site day of and an assistant(s)

-Point of contact for all vendors and venue

-Direct vendor set up and breakdown at ceremony and reception

-Set up of personal items (favors, programs, seat cards, table numbers, etc.)

-Service bride and groom during meal

-Vendor referrals

-Generate timeline

-Shared spreadsheet with wedding planning details such as, checklist, timelines, guest list/seating chart, bar menu, shopping list, contact info
