Coordination will include the following:

Free consultation
Planning and Coordination of the Rehearsal, Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal dinner
Site tours of venues if venue isn’t booked yet
Vendor negotiations & coordination
Monthly consultations. Unlimited phone, email, text, etc.
Wedding specialist present at wedding rehearsal
Wedding specialist on site day of and an assistant(s)
Point of contact for all vendors and venue
Direct vendor set up and breakdown at ceremony and reception
Set up of personal items (favors, programs, seat cards, table numbers, etc.)
Service bride and groom during meal if needed
Vendor referrals
Generate timeline and floor plan
Shared spreadsheet with wedding planning details such as, checklist, timelines, guest list/seating chart, bar menu, shopping list, contact info

6 Month Coordination

$3,700

Coordination will include the following:

6 months out

One site tour meeting at venue (if needed)
Wedding specialist present at wedding rehearsal
Wedding specialist on site day of and an assistant(s)
Point of contact for all vendors and venue
